About Song T.Livramento

Song began her journey in the world of cocoa very early, originating from a family linked to the cultivation of cocoa in the Northern part of the Republic of Congo.

 

Her passion for chocolate was born in 2009 when she decided to try making homemade chocolates for her then only daughter, and from then on began the curiosity and desire to follow this path.

 

In 2010 she created the brand Gourmandise Chocolates Artesanais (GCA), pioneering in the industry of artesanal chocolate in her home, Angola, and pursuing a successful business from 2010 to 2012.

After several stops for professional and family reasons, GCA was reborn in 2016 and in early 2019 Song followed a professional course in chocolate techniques at Selmi s.a.r.l.'s professional academy, one of the largest  Italian brands in the world of machinery for the chocolate industry.

 

Currently Song is the main chocolate chef and managing partner of Gourmandise Chocolates Artesanais.
